This month is so busy, will this program fit into my daily life and schedule?

For sure! The 30-Day Body Transformation Challenge was created with the busiest lifestyles in mind. In fact, only 4 days during the month will you need to change your schedule slightly since these will be your cleanse days. The rest of the days you will have shakes and regular food.

 

Are there any “liquid only” days?

There are 4 cleanse days during the month, however, it is imperative to eat small snacks even during cleanse days, to keep your energy up and your metabolism going. During the 30 days there are 4 cleanse days for detoxing your body. These cleanse days are not liquid only and include specific low calorie snacks with a balance of proteins, carbohydrates and healthy fats to keep you feeling satisfied with energy during your cleanse days.

 

I’d like to lose more than 15lbs, is this program a good fit for me?

For sure! If your goal is to lose more than 12-15 lbs, we can adapt the program to help you get there. Clinical trials found that the Cleansing and Fat Burning System provided subjects with an average weight loss of 6.4 pounds. We’ve had people on this program lose as little as five and as much as 100 lbs (over 12 months).

 

Will I feel hungry on this program?

Probably during your cleanse days you’ll feel a bit hungry! But that’s only for 4 days during the month and it’s worth it for the results! Plus, your cleanse days will be completely guided and will include snacks. The rest of the month, you’ll be eating normally, as well as consuming meal replacement protein shakes, which will definitely make you feel full.

 

Are the products you use healthy and free of artificial sweeteners?

Yes. The products contain only natural ingredients and no artificial sweeteners or colorings. The products are considered all-natural using only non-GMO ingredients. They also contain organic ingredients wherever possible, and some ingredients even exceed USDA organic standards.

 

I am gluten-intolerent. Can I still participate?

All products are completely gluten free, except for the Oatmeal Berry Cookies (SlimCakes). If you have a strong gluten intolerance or Celiac disease, please let me know before-hand so that this product is not shipped to you.

I don’t need to lose weight, but I still want to take advantage of the benefits of Cleanse Days. How do I adapt the program so I don’t end up losing weight?

Although not everybody is overweight, every single one of us is toxic. Since Cleanse Days have the side benefit of safe yet dramatic weight/fat loss, those who do not want to lose weight will need to make some minor modifications. Cleanse Days should be the same no matter what. However, your Shake Days should be different: Instead of enjoying two shakes and one meal consisting of 400 to 600 calories, add more calories into your day. For example, you could have two shakes, two meals, plus lots of healthy, nutrient-dense snacks in between. Each shake can include fresh or frozen fruit, natural nut butters, etc., to add extra nutrient-dense (not empty) calories. The meals should include lean protein, lots of fresh vegetables, healthy fats, and a generous amount of low-glycemic carbohydrates, such as from brown rice, baked sweet potatoes, or whole-grain pasta.

 

What happens after the 30-Days are over?

It’s completely up to you! You can stop using the products after the 30 days, or once you reach your health and weight loss goals, you stay on a maintenance program for long-term health and wellness. Although there are no “have to’s”, it’s hard to imagine why anybody wouldn’t want to continue feeling fabulous. We are constantly being bombarded by toxins in our environment, and our food supply continues to be depleted of the nutrients our bodies need. So it makes sense to continue to stay on some sort of continual cleansing and nutritional supplementation. I’ve been using the products since October 2011, and they are now a staple in my diet.
